Despite hitting a bit of a lull at the end of the summer, I actually read quite a bit this year. I've found that as a general rule, I prefer to read non-fiction over fiction--particularly true crime and memoirs. I reread some old favorites, discovered some new ones, and admitted that I wasn't a huge fan of The Hunger Games.

To the library!
Fun list! I've read a handful of those! I'd love to read The Secret Life of Bees and Gone GIrl - I've heard a lot of good things. I would have liked to read more than I did this year but there's always 2013! :)
ReplyDeleteI highly recommend The Secret Life of Bees--it's amazing. Here's to more books in 2013! =)
DeleteOMG Bossypants! I laughed out loud in the Dallas airport like a crazy person while reading that book. And I didn't even care.
ReplyDeleteIf I could just be Tina Fey when I grow up, my life would be complete.
